"I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal. People know me. I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany."
-Ron Burgundy
Ok, well that quote is at least half true when it comes to my life. I'm an avid reader, but it is rare you will find my nose in fiction. I'm a full on history lover who just can't seem to learn enough with the hours I have in my day. I also read a lot about astronomy, astrophysics, and the science behind cooking.
Howdy! My name is Jenny and I have been writing pretty much my whole life. I've always loved to write, even if nobody is reading what I write. I write for myself and my own sanity. I am native Texan and a daughter of an oil man. Though I was born and raised a city girl, the country life is for me. The further I can get away from city lights to see the stars, the happier I am. I'm the friend who is always up for a last minute road trip.

I work in the medical field and enjoy it much more than I thought I would. I aced Anatomy and Physiology, which came as a huge surprise to me, so I'm actually not too bad at my job. I guess all these years of having Lupus and surviving a traumatic brain injury finally paid off!

I enjoy spending my free time cooking for the ones I love, spoiling my niece and nephew, watching old movies, taking random road trips, mailing handwritten letters to friends, stargazing, watching Astros Baseball, cheering my head off during Packers football games, dancing around my house to my favorite music, and dreaming up future adventures.
I don't have big plans to ever leave this Texas that I love so much. I live on a lake in a small town with my big black Labrador, Winnie. I am a sinner who is so glad to have been saved by God, and I'd love to tell you about it. I'm glad you're here!
