Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast Casserole




1 can of refrigerated biscuits

1 lb breakfast sausage

1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

6 eggs

1/2 cup milk

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

2 cups (1 packet) Country Gravy, prepared


Preheat oven to 350°.


Brown breakfast sausage, set aside. Prepare gravy per package directions, set aside.


Cut biscuits into quarters and place in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish. Spread cooked breakfast sausage over biscuits. Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage.


In another bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over biscuits, sausage, and cheese. Pour gravy over eggs.


Cook for 30 minutes.
